本数据集内的含有交通自洽能源系统组成要素构成及适配机理、系统架构拓扑结构设计方法、典型场景下的系统架构模式、系统配置优化理论方法、系统架构RAMS评价指标及评估方法、系统故障失效状态下恢复运行方案。同时含有1年的光辐照、环境温度、风速、水流量、流速以及交通负荷功率数据,时间刻度均为1h。其次,主要为不同运行模式、优化、约束指标下的架构方案模拟运行过程功率数据、成本数据和优化目标函数值及适应度值。在优化计算时,使用了NSGA-II,种群规模为100,迭代次数为100;包含有100次迭代中,每次迭代的种群方案数据,以及每个方案的两个优化目标的目标函数值、适应度函数值及成本数据;成本数据包含有全寿命周期(20年)内的初始建设投资成本、运营成本、置换成本、残值、备用电源装机成本、燃油成本、购电成本及售电收益;同时,数据集内还含义最终迭代种群的100个架构优化方案所对应的过程功率数据。其次,含有以1年的光辐照、风速、水流量、交通负荷功率历史数据为样本分别使用贝塔分布函数、威布尔分布函数、皮尔逊III型分布函数、正态分布函数生成5个不确定性数据场景,再以不同种类的不确定性场景自由组合,使用同步回带削减法计算场景间距形成5个高出现概率的场景组合。最后,还含有使用历史数据场景、不确定性数据场景的交通自洽能源系统架构方案RAMS评价数据,含有评价过程中架构方案模拟运行产生的过程功率数据、各层级指标数据、指标权重。数据量大约为2.4GB。

This dataset covers the constituent elements and adaptation mechanism of traffic self-sufficient energy systems, the design method of system architecture topology, system architecture modes in typical scenarios, theoretical methods for system configuration optimization, "Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety (RAMS)" evaluation indicators and assessment methods for system architectures, and recovery operation plans for system failure states. It also contains 1-year worth of data including solar irradiation, ambient temperature, wind speed, water flow rate, flow velocity, and traffic load power, with a time granularity of 1 hour. Additionally, it primarily includes power data, cost data, optimization objective function values, and fitness values generated during the simulated operation of architecture schemes under different operation modes, optimization settings, and constraint indicators. For optimization calculations, the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA-II) was employed, with a population size of 100 and 100 iterations. The dataset contains population scheme data for each of the 100 iterations, as well as the objective function values, fitness function values, and cost data of the two optimization objectives for each scheme. The cost data includes initial construction investment cost, operation cost, replacement cost, residual value, standby power unit installation cost, fuel cost, power purchase cost, and power sales revenue over the full 20-year life cycle. Meanwhile, the dataset also includes the process power data corresponding to the 100 architecture optimization schemes in the final iteration population. Furthermore, it contains 5 uncertain data scenarios generated by using the Beta distribution function, Weibull distribution function, Pearson Type III distribution function, and Normal distribution function respectively, taking the 1-year historical data of solar irradiation, wind speed, water flow rate, and traffic load power as samples. Then, different types of uncertain scenarios are freely combined, and the synchronous scenario reduction method is used to calculate the scenario spacing to form 5 scenario combinations with high occurrence probabilities. Finally, it also includes RAMS evaluation data of traffic self-sufficient energy system architecture schemes using historical data scenarios and uncertain data scenarios, as well as process power data, multi-level indicator data, and indicator weights generated during the simulation operation of the architecture schemes in the evaluation process. The total data volume is approximately 2.4 GB.
