This dataset system collects core data generated during the entire development and commissioning cycle of the collaborative simulation for hot rolling process and full-flow process optimization software for three hot continuous rolling production lines (2150mm, 1780mm, 1700mm) of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., spanning from November 2022 to October 2025, with a total size of 139.29 MB. The dataset covers five categories of data: production line process parameters, equipment operation data, rolling schedule calculation results, patent and software copyright registration documents, and software testing and verification materials. The reliability of the data is guaranteed through quality control measures including outlier filtering, data consistency verification, timestamp synchronization protocol and standardization processing. This dataset can support the validity verification of the four core functional modules of the software and performance index assessments such as response time and average load rate, providing comprehensive data support for software acceptance. Meanwhile, it accumulates core data assets for subsequent hot rolling process optimization, software technology iteration and industrial promotion.
