According to EU Directive 98/70/EC, Member States must verify compliance with the quality standards for fuels and report the results to the European Commission. In Austria, around 8.12 million tonnes of fuel were sold in 2015, of which 6.48 million tonnes (approximately 80%) were diesel. The Federal Environment Agency analysed samples from 206 petrol stations throughout Germany, with one sample taken per petrol station. Diesel fuels have been tested in accordance with ÖNORM EN 590, petrol fuels in accordance with ÖNORM EN 228. All petrol grades ‘super gasoline’, ‘normal gasoline’ and ‘super plus’, as well as all diesel fuel samples, were compliant with the standards in the reporting year. The maximum value of 10 mg/kg sulphur content for marine fuels to be complied with in accordance with EU Directive 2009/30/EC was not exceeded for any of the five samples analysed.根据欧盟指令98/70/EC（EU Directive 98/70/EC），各成员国须核查燃料质量标准的合规性，并将检测结果上报至欧洲委员会（European Commission）。2015年，奥地利境内燃料总销量约为812万吨，其中柴油销量达648万吨，占比约80%。德国联邦环境署对德国全境206座加油站采集的样本开展检测分析，每座加油站仅采集1份样本。其中，柴油燃料按照ÖNORM EN 590标准进行检测，汽油燃料则依据ÖNORM EN 228标准执行检测。本报告年度内，所有品类的汽油（含“超级汽油”“普通汽油”与“高级超级汽油”）及全部柴油燃料样本均符合对应标准要求。针对按照欧盟指令2009/30/EC（EU Directive 2009/30/EC）规定需合规的船用燃料，其硫含量上限为10mg/kg，本次分析的5份船用燃料样本均未超出该限值。
