Optimizing antigenic variations to improve influenza vaccine efficiency

This is a complete set of genomic sequences, including raw data and their assembly, from a) the challenge virus A/Switzerland/9715293/2013(H3N2) propagated in MDCK SIAT-1 cells and b) 179 clinical nasal swabs from the ferrets receiving different vaccine priming-booster regimes followed by heterologous challenge with A/Switzerland/9715293/2013(H3N2).
