本数据集以减速轮毂电机和直驱轮毂电机的磁扰抑制、震噪优化和运行可靠性为研究重点,在中国汽车工程研究院及湖南机动车检测技术有限公司两家权威机构进行试验验证,涵盖2024年5月至11月在多场景工况下采集的关键数据。测试项目包括1米处噪声声压级测量和轮毂电机在不同控制策略和工况下的转矩脉动、振动、参数偏移及故障功能特性综合评估,时间精度控制在毫秒级别,空间范围为指定试验室,空间精度满足固定测试场地的规范要求。数据处理主要采用载波移相算法,并针对可疑值进行多次重复采集以排除偶发误差,严格遵循GB/T等相关标准进行过程监控和质量保证。本数据集不仅能为电机降噪设计与故障诊断提供实证参考,也在电动车辆关键部件的可靠性评价与性能优化方面具有重要意义;同时,可为高校及科研机构在新能源车辆领域的教学与课题研究提供翔实数据支撑,具有广阔应用和再利用价值。

This dataset focuses on magnetic disturbance suppression, vibration and noise optimization, and operational reliability of geared hub motors and direct-drive hub motors. It was experimentally verified by two authoritative institutions, namely China Automotive Engineering Research Institute and Hunan Motor Vehicle Inspection Technology Co., Ltd. The dataset covers key data collected under multiple working scenarios from May to November 2024. Test items include noise sound pressure level measurement at 1 meter, and comprehensive evaluation of torque ripple, vibration, parameter deviation, and fault functional characteristics of hub motors under different control strategies and working conditions. The time accuracy is controlled at the millisecond level, the spatial scope is limited to designated laboratories, and the spatial accuracy meets the specification requirements of fixed test sites. Data processing mainly adopts the carrier phase shifting algorithm, and repeated multiple collections are conducted for suspicious values to eliminate occasional errors. Strict compliance with relevant standards such as GB/T is enforced for process monitoring and quality assurance. This dataset not only provides empirical references for motor noise reduction design and fault diagnosis, but also holds great significance for reliability evaluation and performance optimization of key components of electric vehicles. Additionally, it can provide detailed data support for teaching and research projects of colleges and universities and scientific research institutions in the field of new energy vehicles, boasting broad application and reuse value.
