Calculate the qualified rate, with the formula: Qualified Rate = (Number of Qualified Samples / Total Number of Inspected Samples) * 100%. If the qualified rate is 100%, the ellipticity of the inner ring diameter of this batch of bearings is deemed qualified; otherwise, this batch is deemed unqualified, and each product in this batch needs to be inspected one by one, with unqualified products being reworked. 3. Through the detection of the ellipticity of the bearing inner ring diameter, the service life of bearings can be better grasped, and potential safety hazards can be reduced in advance.
