目前,关于分离膜气体分离性能的测试方法尚未制定相应的国家标准,也没有第三方检测机构能够完成相关检测。根据目前大多数文献关于气体分离性能测试方法的报道,其中Wicke-Kallenbach技术是一种主流测试方法,即在渗透侧以惰性气体进行吹扫以削弱该侧气体浓差极化的方式来进行测试的技术。因其可简单实现多组分系统测试,独立施加浓度梯度和绝对压降,易于保持稳态操作等优势,为在线评估膜的气体分离性能带来了极大便利因此项目组采用Wicke-Kallenbach方法对气体分离膜性能进行评估,通过气相色谱仪测试分离膜的气体渗透通量,并使用Excel计算相应的气体分离因子。
Currently, there are no corresponding national standards for the test methods of gas separation performance of gas separation membranes, and no third-party testing institutions can complete relevant tests. According to reports on gas separation performance test methods in most current literature, the Wicke-Kallenbach technique is a mainstream testing method. It is a testing technology that purges the permeate side with inert gas to mitigate gas concentration polarization on this side. Due to its advantages including simple implementation of multicomponent system testing, independent application of concentration gradient and absolute pressure drop, and ease of maintaining steady-state operation, it greatly facilitates the online evaluation of the gas separation performance of membranes. Therefore, the project team adopted the Wicke-Kallenbach method to evaluate the performance of gas separation membranes. The gas permeation flux of the separation membrane was tested using a gas chromatograph, and the corresponding gas separation factor was calculated with Excel.
