肿瘤生物样本库（上海芯超）

上海芯超生物科技有限公司/生物芯片上海国家工程研究中心建立了较大规模、高质量、临床病理资料完备的以肿瘤为主的国际一流水准的遗传资源库，拥有国际水准的组织生物样本收集、运输、贮存的标准化流程，质量控制体系，安全监控系统与信息化管理系统。通过国家、上海市、浦东新区发改委/科委立项，总投资5000万元人民币，建成为中国遗传资源库公共服务中心与区域信息化管理中心，并开发了具有自主知识产权的遗传资源库及临床信息管理软件系统。目前，中心资源库拥有30余万份样本，成功启动投资近1个亿的上海张江生物银行，并建立了基于遗传资源库的对外服务平台，完成新产品开发80项，新工艺开发10项，申请发明专利共计50余项，其中国际PCT专利1项，拥有软件著作权10项，荣获上海市及国家重点新产品各1项，国家十二五科技成果1项。被评为上海市高新技术成果转化A级项目2项，上海浦东新区政府科技进步一等奖、上海市科技进步二等奖等4项。至今，利用中心遗传资源库与自主开发的高通量组织芯片，与全国数百家医院、大学、研究所建立了合作关系，筛选、验证的分子标记物近3000种。合作进行的肿瘤预测等分子病理学研究结果发表在国际著名杂志上，为临床分子医学检测、分子医学诊断产品与药物靶点开发奠定了坚实、重要的基础。

Shanghai Xinchao Biotechnology Co., Ltd. / National Engineering Research Center for Biochip (Shanghai) has established a large-scale, high-quality, internationally top-tier genetic resource bank mainly focusing on tumors with complete clinicopathological data. The center boasts internationally standardized procedures for collection, transportation and storage of tissue biosamples, as well as a quality control system, safety monitoring system and informatization management system. Funded with a total investment of 50 million RMB under projects approved by the National, Shanghai Municipal and Pudong New Area Development and Reform Commission/Science and Technology Commission, the center has been built into the China Genetic Resource Bank Public Service Center and Regional Informatization Management Center, and developed a genetic resource bank and clinical information management software system with independent intellectual property rights. Currently, the center’s resource bank holds over 300,000 biosamples. It has successfully launched the Shanghai Zhangjiang BioBank with an investment of nearly 100 million RMB, and established an external service platform based on the genetic resource bank. The center has completed 80 new product developments and 10 new technology developments, applied for more than 50 invention patents including 1 international PCT patent, and holds 10 software copyrights. It has won 1 Shanghai municipal key new product and 1 national key new product, as well as 1 National 12th Five-Year Plan scientific and technological achievement. It has been awarded 2 Class A projects of Shanghai High-tech Achievement Transformation, plus 4 awards including the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Shanghai Pudong New Area People’s Government and the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Shanghai Municipality. To date, leveraging the center’s genetic resource bank and independently developed high-throughput tissue chips, the center has established cooperative partnerships with hundreds of hospitals, universities and research institutes across China, and screened and verified nearly 3,000 molecular markers. The findings of cooperative molecular pathology researches such as tumor prediction have been published in internationally renowned journals, laying a solid and important foundation for clinical molecular medical testing, molecular medical diagnostic product development and drug target discovery.
