驻车制动率是汽车检测时制动性能的综合指标之一,它反映了汽车驻车时的稳定性,是衡量汽车安全性的主要技术指标。本数据可以对车辆的情况进行安全性评价,为政府监管、消费者购买提供参考和技术支撑。1、整车静态轮荷=一轴左轮静态轮荷+一轴右轮静态轮荷+二轴左轮静态轮荷+二轴右轮静态轮荷;
2、驻车制动率=驻车制动力/整车静态轮荷/0.98*100%。
根据《GB7258-2017机动车运行安全技术条件》,《GB38900-2020机动车安全技术检验项目和方法》规定,驻车制动率合格范围:≥20%,(如总质量为整备质量1.2倍以下的机动车应≥15%)。
3、数据应用: 车辆驻车制动率检测结果可以作为车辆安全性评价依据,为监管部门靶向监管提供技术支撑。
The parking brake force ratio is one of the comprehensive indicators for braking performance assessment during vehicle inspection. It reflects the parking stability of motor vehicles and serves as a core technical indicator for measuring vehicle safety. This dataset can be used to conduct safety evaluations of vehicles, providing reference and technical support for government supervision and consumer purchasing decisions.
1. Total static wheel load = Static wheel load of left wheel of first axle + Static wheel load of right wheel of first axle + Static wheel load of left wheel of second axle + Static wheel load of right wheel of second axle
2. Parking brake force ratio = (Parking braking force / Total static wheel load / 0.98) × 100%
According to the national standards GB7258-2017 *Technical Requirements for Safety of Motor Vehicle Operation* and GB38900-2020 *Items and Methods for Motor Vehicle Safety Technology Inspection*, the qualified range of parking brake force ratio is ≥20% (for motor vehicles with total mass less than 1.2 times the curb mass, the qualified threshold shall be ≥15%).
3. Data application: The test results of vehicle parking brake force ratio can be used as the basis for vehicle safety evaluation, providing technical support for targeted supervision by regulatory departments.
