巨化浸没液冷测试平台热管理材料冷却性能测试数据

本数据集为2021YFB3803203-001-巨化液冷测试平台热管理材料冷却性能测试数据集，由东南大学和阿里云计算有限公司负责，项目为国家重点研发计划项目“数据中心液冷热管理材料研发与应用示范”课题3“数据中心液冷结构与热控防护系统设计及运行测试”考核要求，研制单相浸没液冷测试平台，其各项性能指标应满足评测要求。数据集将为新型浸没式液冷热管理材料的实际应用以及液冷数据中心的建设提供重要依据。

This dataset is the cooling performance test dataset of thermal management materials for the Juhua Liquid Cooling Test Platform under the project number 2021YFB3803203-001. It was jointly developed by Southeast University and Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. This work meets the assessment requirements of Task 3: "Design and Operational Testing of Liquid Cooling Structures and Thermal Control Protection Systems for Data Centers" under the National Key Research and Development Program of China project "R&D and Application Demonstration of Liquid Cooling Thermal Management Materials for Data Centers". A single-phase immersion liquid cooling test platform was developed, and all its performance indicators shall satisfy the evaluation requirements. This dataset will provide an important basis for the practical application of novel immersion liquid cooling thermal management materials and the construction of liquid-cooled data centers.
