山东脐带血造血干细胞库

山东省脐带血造血干细胞库（山东省脐血库），1993年开始筹建，2001年获国家卫生计生委批准设立（卫医发[2001]222号）；2008年通过山东省卫生计生委执业验收（鲁卫血站字[2009]第001号），是经国家卫生计生委批准、验收合格的7家脐血库之一，也是山东省唯一正规合法的脐带血保存机构，主要从事脐带血干细胞保存、干细胞临床研究和干细胞技术开发等。
山东省脐血库拥有符合CGMP标准的洁净室和专业液氮储存库、组织配型实验室，并配备了先进的MVE液氮储存系统、基因测序仪、流式细胞仪、全自动血培仪、酶免分析仪等仪器设备。同时，建立了脐带血信息管理系统和供电保障系统。十余年来，山东省脐血库脐血造血干细胞储存已超过16万份，公共脐带血储备已超过1.5万份，为国内外检索HLA相合脐血8000余次，为临床干细胞移植提供合格脐血1000余份，2010年通过了ISO9001:2008质量管理体系认证。?

Shandong Cord Blood Hematopoietic Stem Cell Bank (Shandong Cord Blood Bank) commenced preparation in 1993, and was approved for establishment by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of China in 2001 (Weiyifa [2001] No.222). It passed the practice inspection of the Shandong Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission in 2008 (Luweixuezhanzi [2009] No.001). As one of the 7 officially approved and qualified cord blood banks recognized by the National Health and Family Planning Commission, it is also the only formal and legitimate cord blood storage institution in Shandong Province. Its main operations cover cord blood stem cell storage, stem cell clinical research, stem cell technology development and other related fields. Shandong Cord Blood Bank is equipped with CGMP-compliant cleanrooms, professional liquid nitrogen storage facilities and tissue typing laboratories, as well as advanced instruments including MVE liquid nitrogen storage systems, gene sequencers, flow cytometers, fully automated blood culture systems and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analyzers. Meanwhile, it has established a cord blood information management system and a power supply guarantee system. For more than a decade, the bank's stored cord blood hematopoietic stem cells have exceeded 160,000 units, and the public cord blood reserve has surpassed 15,000 units. It has carried out over 8,000 searches for HLA-matched cord blood for domestic and foreign users, provided more than 1,000 qualified cord blood units for clinical stem cell transplantation, and passed the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certification in 2010.
