DSMZCellDive

DSMZCellDive was created to enable decision-making on the best cell model for research questions by provision of curated data. Originally set up for visualising gene expression data of DSMZ cell lines, DSMZCellDive now harbours Short tandem repeat (STR) for cell line authentication, Cyctochrome c oxidase (COI), and Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) data. With this dataset, customers are able to retrieve the optimal model cell line for their needs and gain information on these. Currently, gene expression profiles can be obtained for 157 DSMZ human cell lines, 4629 short tandem repeat (STR) reference data sets , 960 short DSMZ cell line descriptions, and 164 human leukocyte antigen (HLA) data. Tumour types include leukemia and lymphoma tumour subtypes, breast cancer, retinoblastoma, and neuroblastoma tumour entities. STR profiles can be mapped, top10 expressing cell lines for genes are displayed, and enzyme connections to the BRENDA database are given.DSMZCellDive 数据集旨在通过提供经人工审核整理的数据集，为科研人员遴选最适配研究问题的细胞模型提供决策支持。该数据集最初仅用于可视化DSMZ细胞系的基因表达数据，如今已收录用于细胞系鉴定的短串联重复序列（Short tandem repeat, STR）、细胞色素c氧化酶（Cytochrome c oxidase, COI）以及人类白细胞抗原（Human leukocyte antigen, HLA）数据。依托该数据集，用户可检索获取适配自身研究需求的最优细胞模型，并获取相关详细信息。目前，该数据集涵盖157株DSMZ人类细胞系的基因表达谱、4629条短串联重复序列（STR）参考数据集、960条DSMZ细胞系简要说明以及164份人类白细胞抗原（HLA）数据。其所覆盖的肿瘤类型包括白血病、淋巴瘤肿瘤亚型、乳腺癌、视网膜母细胞瘤以及神经母细胞瘤等肿瘤实体。用户可对STR分型结果进行比对分析，展示基因表达量排名前十的细胞系，并提供与BRENDA数据库关联的酶学相关信息。
