为揭示不同板厚高强铝合金搅拌摩擦焊成形成性规律与厚板焊缝组织性能薄弱点,本研究构建了“中厚板高强铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接组织演变与焊缝性能数据集”。该数据集基于,覆盖力学性能、焊接过程温度和有限元仿真三类核心数据。采用不同工艺参数获取6mm、12mm和18mm搅拌摩擦焊焊缝试样;通过电火花线切割制备标准拉伸试样和分层拉伸试样,采用CMT-5205电子万能试验机开展拉伸试验;采用工件中预埋热电偶的方法测试
