项目面向低成本高速光通信需求,聚焦超高速这一关键点,围绕超高速直调垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)芯片带宽限制机理与提升机制关键科学问题,开展超高速直调VCSEL材料生长、器件设计与制备,以及性能表征技术等研究,主要记录了功率-电流-电压、 传输眼图和误码、 功耗等观测值,数据量1.5 MB。
This project targets the demands of low-cost high-speed optical communications, with a core focus on ultra-high speed. It revolves around the key scientific issues concerning the bandwidth limitation mechanism and enhancement strategy for ultra-high-speed directly modulated vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) chips. Research has been conducted on material growth, device design and fabrication, as well as performance characterization technologies for these VCSELs. The dataset mainly records measured data including power-current-voltage (P-I-V) characteristics, transmission eye diagrams, bit error rates, and power consumption, with a total size of 1.5 MB.
