通过物流园区卡口采集物流承运商车辆、入驻企业上下游供应链合作车辆、客户提货 / 送货车辆等车辆进出数据,汇总大车、小车的停留时长,分析通行效率,为物流企业匹配装卸货档期、优化供应链上下游运输衔接等提供数据支撑,助力外部客户缩短货物在园区内周转总耗时,降低物流履约成本。1.数据来自本集团各物流园,根据进出车辆类型统计每日大车次数、小车次数及停车时长数据,预计每日产生一条数据 。其中车辆类型:大车(对应黄牌车)、小车(对应非黄牌)。 2.数据采集:当车辆进出物流园时,卡口自动采集车辆车牌及其进出时间,计算平均停车时长(单位:小时)。 3.数据处理:根据进出园区车辆的车辆类型、进出次数、停车时长计算出当日的平均停车时长;大车停车次数为黄牌车当日进场总次数,小车停车次数为非黄牌车当日停车总次数,大车停车时长为黄牌车当日停车总时长,小车停车时长为非黄牌车当日停车总时长;平均停车时长=(小车停车总时长+大车停车总时长)/(小车停车次数+大车停车次数)。

Vehicle entry and exit data including logistics carrier vehicles, upstream and downstream supply chain cooperative vehicles of settled enterprises, customers' pickup/delivery vehicles and other types of vehicles are collected via checkpoints in logistics parks. The dwell time of large and small vehicles is aggregated to analyze traffic efficiency, providing data support for logistics enterprises to match loading/unloading schedules, optimize the coordination of upstream and downstream supply chain transportation, etc., helping external customers shorten the total turnover time of goods in the park and reduce logistics fulfillment costs. 1. Data Source: Data is collected from all logistics parks under our group. Daily statistics on the number of large vehicle trips, small vehicle trips and dwell time are conducted based on vehicle types when entering or exiting the park, with one data record expected to be generated per day. Vehicle types are categorized into large vehicles (corresponding to yellow-plated vehicles) and small vehicles (corresponding to non-yellow-plated vehicles). 2. Data Collection: When a vehicle enters or exits a logistics park, the checkpoint automatically collects its license plate number and entry/exit time, and calculates the average dwell time (unit: hour). 3. Data Processing: The daily average dwell time is calculated based on the vehicle type, entry/exit times and dwell time of vehicles entering and exiting the park. Specifically, the number of large vehicle stops refers to the total number of entries of yellow-plated vehicles that day, the number of small vehicle stops refers to the total number of stops of non-yellow-plated vehicles that day, the total dwell time of large vehicles refers to the total dwell time of yellow-plated vehicles that day, and the total dwell time of small vehicles refers to the total dwell time of non-yellow-plated vehicles that day. The formula for average dwell time is: Average Dwell Time = (Total Dwell Time of Small Vehicles + Total Dwell Time of Large Vehicles) / (Number of Small Vehicle Stops + Number of Large Vehicle Stops).
