2016-2020年期间收集了包括番茄、桃、猕猴桃、苹果和柑橘等不同种类和品种的大宗生鲜果蔬产品,选取成熟度均一、无病虫害和机械伤,大小相近的成熟果实作为材料,采后果实置于物流环境,之后通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪等仪器测定。
Between 2016 and 2020, a large batch of bulk fresh produce including various species and cultivars of tomato, peach, kiwifruit, apple, citrus and other commodities was collected. Mature fruits with uniform ripeness, free from pests, diseases and mechanical damage, and similar in size were selected as experimental materials. After harvest, the fruits were placed in a simulated logistics environment, and subsequent measurements were performed using instruments such as gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and other analytical equipment.
