MR24-06C Zooplankton Wet Weight

Zooplankton samples were collected by vertical hauls with a NORPAC net (mesh size: 0.33 mm, mouth diameter: 45 cm) during the MR24-06C in the pacific sector of Arctic Ocean during September 2024. Zooplankton samples were preserved with 5% buffered formalin immediately on board. In the land laboratory, the zooplankton samples were measured for wet weight with a precision of 1 mg using an electric balance (Mettler Toledo, New classic MF).

2024年9月，在北冰洋太平洋扇区开展的MR24-06C航次中，研究人员使用NORPAC网（NORPAC net，网目孔径0.33 mm，口部直径45 cm）通过垂直拖网方式采集浮游动物（Zooplankton）样本。采集所得的浮游动物样本即刻在甲板上以5%缓冲福尔马林进行固定保存。在陆上实验室中，使用梅特勒托利多（Mettler Toledo）New classic MF型电子天平，以1 mg的精度对浮游动物样本的湿重完成测定。
