m6A-Seq analysis for the methylated RNA of primate prefrontal cortex after sevoflurane exposure

We thus isolated prefrontal cotex from rhesus macaques and performed m6A-Seq analysis.MeRIP libraries using eluted RNA were constructed using the SMARTer Stranded Total RNA-Seq Kit v2 - Pico Input Mammalian User Manual according to the manufacturer’s instructions. two groups（Ctrl；Sevoflurane）, two male macaques and four female macaques were included in group Ctrl; two male macaques and three female macaques were included in group sevoflurane. Additionally, two male macaques in group Ctrl, marked as A and B, respectively, were named Ctrl-M, two male macaques in group sevoflurane marked as D and S1, respectively, were named SEV-M, four female macaques in group Ctrl, marked as C, C1, C2, and C3, respectively, were named Ctrl-F, three female macaques in group sevoflurane, marked as F, S2, and S3, respectively, were named SEV-F.
