Table with PAML branch-site model results run using the UCSC Multiz 30-way alignments of 30 mammals (27 primates). The branches tested included the primate order as a whole (primates), Haplorhini (haplorhines), Hominidae (Great Apes), the Homo-Pan clade (which includes humans, chimpanzees, and bonobos), and Hominini (Hominins, of which humans are the sole living representative).
