不同的场景下对灯具有着不一样的照明需求,例如对灯具能效等级的要求。通过采集用于杭州西湖片区照明的路灯的输入电压、电流、光通量和功率因子等参数测算得到EEI,从而确定灯具的能效等级,就可以明确灯具在杭州西湖片区的照明需求,可以为厂商优化灯具设计方案提供数据支撑,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。1.数据来源:在灯具出厂前,随机抽取用于杭州西湖片区照明的路灯成品,采集该路灯输入电压、电流、光通量和功率因子等参数。 2.数据处理(1)基于采集的参数对灯具进行能效等级EEI分析: EEI=IV*PF/Pref;其中PF是功率修正因子:Pref是灯的参考功率,Фuse为灯的有效光通量。当中Фuse<1300lm时:Pref=фuse的平方根乘以0.88的积再加上0.049 Фuse ;当Фuse≥1300lm时:Pref =0.07341Фuse (2)若EEI≤0.11,为A++级;0.11≤EEI≤0.17,为A+级;0.17≤EEI≤0.24,为A级;0.24≤EEI≤0.6,为B级:0.6≤EEI≤0.8,为C级;0.8≤EEI≤0.95,为D级;EEI>0.95,为E级。3.数据应用:能效指数是评估灯具能效的重要指标之一,灯具出厂前进行等效分析,以适配杭州西湖片区应用场景下的照明需求;同时也可为厂商优化灯具设计方案提供数据支撑,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。
Different application scenarios have distinct lighting requirements for luminaires, including requirements for their energy efficiency grades. This dataset collects parameters including input voltage, current, luminous flux, and power factor of street lamps designated for the Hangzhou West Lake District, to calculate the Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) and determine the luminaires' energy efficiency grades. This helps clarify the lighting demands for this area and provides data support for manufacturers to optimize luminaire design schemes, enhancing the energy-saving performance and service life of luminaires. 1. Data Source: Finished street lamps intended for the Hangzhou West Lake District are randomly sampled before leaving the factory, and their input voltage, current, luminous flux, power factor and other related parameters are collected. 2. Data Processing (1) Energy efficiency grade (EEI) analysis for luminaires based on the collected parameters: The calculation formula for EEI is: EEI = (V × I × PF) / Pref, where PF refers to the power correction factor, Pref is the reference power of the luminaire, and Φ_use represents the effective luminous flux of the luminaire. The calculation method for Pref varies according to the value of Φ_use: When Φ_use < 1300 lm: Pref = 0.88 × √Φ_use + 0.049 × Φ_use; When Φ_use ≥ 1300 lm: Pref = 0.07341 × Φ_use. (2) Energy efficiency grade classification based on EEI: Grade A++: EEI ≤ 0.11; Grade A+: 0.11 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.17; Grade A: 0.17 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.24; Grade B: 0.24 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.6; Grade C: 0.6 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.8; Grade D: 0.8 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.95; Grade E: EEI > 0.95. 3. Data Application: The energy efficiency index is one of the critical indicators for evaluating luminaire energy efficiency. Conducting EEI analysis on luminaires before they leave the factory enables them to meet the lighting requirements of the Hangzhou West Lake District scenario. Meanwhile, this dataset provides data support for manufacturers to optimize luminaire design schemes, improving the energy-saving performance and service life of luminaires.
