研究了陇南油橄榄主产区莱星油橄榄叶总多酚和总黄酮在59个不同采样点的分布规律，测定了不同采样点油橄榄叶提取物的抗氧化活性，并对总多酚含量和抗氧化能力做了相关性分析。研究结果表明，莱星油橄榄叶总多酚含量变化范围在77.36 mg/g到322.88 mg/g，平均含量为126.70 mg/g，变异系数为0.31%；总黄酮含量变化范围为54.15 mg/g到226.02 mg/g，平均值为78.79 m
