Supplementary data to Jeanty A et al 2025 Archaeobiological evolution of barley

These tables contain the detailed results of the article Jeanty A et al 2025 Archaeobiological evolution of barley (Hordeum vulgare) over the last 8 millennia in the northwestern Mediterranean Basin. Si Table1 contains the full morphometric data (size measurements and Elliptical Fourier transform seed outline descriptors) of all the barley grains analysed in this work. SI_Table1 is organized in 4 table: ReadMe containing the explanations to all the columns, UncharredGrains containing the data for uncharred modern grains used as reference, CharredGrains containing the data for modern grains used as reference but after artificial charrring, ArcheoGrains containg all morphometric data for archaeological grains. SI_Table2 contains the full contextual information and morphometric results related to all the archaeological samples studied in this work. The ReadMe file contains the signification and explanations for all colums of the SI_Table2_Data file which contains all the archaeological and morphometric data.
