qPCR validation of microarray results.

Table shows fold changes (FC) and P values (for qPCR data) or false discovery rates (FDR; for microarray data) for the six genes validated using qPCR for both intact colon and colon epithelium. All genes that were differentially expressed in the microarrays were differentially expressed according to qPCR and all fold changes were in the same direction in both qPCR and microarray. *denotes genes that were significantly differentially expressed according to qPCR but not microarray.
