We collected key performance parameters of hydraulic pumps under various operating conditions and established strict correlations among them.
Core collected data:
1. Identity data: Unique serial number, model, and production batch of the pump.
2. Operating condition data: Test rotational speed, output pressure, oil temperature, and oil viscosity.
3. Performance data: Flow rate, volumetric efficiency, total efficiency, input torque/power, outlet pressure pulsation, housing vibration, and noise level.
4. Durability data: Curves showing changes of the above-mentioned performance parameters over time or number of cycles during durability tests.
Key processing rules:
1. Performance calculation: Volumetric efficiency and total efficiency, which are core indicators for evaluating pump performance, are calculated based on directly measured values including flow rate, pressure, and torque.
2. Data alignment: All performance data are strictly matched with precise operating condition parameters (e.g., efficiency under a specific pressure) and timestamps.
3. Qualification determination: Compare test results with standard values specified in the design specification to automatically judge whether the product is qualified or not, and mark specific reasons for unqualified products, such as "Flow rate does not meet the standard under rated pressure", "Volumetric efficiency decays too fast", "Abnormal noise", etc.
