数据内容:6种飞机扣板及其互补扣板槽实例加工零件的点云数据、互补曲面几何特征提取与快速重构算法、基于视觉的空间型面三维测量方法及可视化引导修配软件。其中点云数据包括作动筒扣板(ZDT)、舱门扣板(CM)、蒙皮扣板(MP)、六边形扣板(LBX)、五边形扣板(WBX)、圆弧扣板(HX)以及各自对应的扣板槽((X)-F),且每种扣板均存在A、B、C三种修型量不同的变种。算法和软件包括研究报告及前、后30页的程序源码。 点云数据采集方案:首先在旋转扫描实验台的转盘工装上随机贴满激光点,然后将加工的实例扣板零件通过气动吸盘固定在转盘工装上,利用激光扫描仪进行点云采集,最终导出.asc格式的点云文件。 体量:大约1.65GB
Data Content: Point cloud data of 6 types of aircraft gusset plates and their matching gusset plate grooves for machined prototype parts, geometric feature extraction and rapid reconstruction algorithms for complementary curved surfaces, vision-based 3D measurement method for spatial profiles, and visually guided fitting repair software. The point cloud data includes actuator gusset plates (ZDT), cabin door gusset plates (CM), skin gusset plates (MP), hexagonal gusset plates (LBX), pentagonal gusset plates (WBX), arc gusset plates (HX), and their corresponding gusset plate grooves ((X)-F) respectively. Each type of gusset plate has three variants with different trimming amounts, labeled A, B and C. The algorithms and software involve research reports, as well as program source codes covering the first 30 pages and the last 30 pages. Point Cloud Data Acquisition Protocol: First, randomly affix laser reference dots across the turntable fixture of the rotating scanning experimental rig. Then, fix the machined prototype gusset plate parts on the turntable fixture via pneumatic suction cups, perform point cloud collection using a laser scanner, and finally export the collected point cloud files in .asc format.
