本数据集为辊冲成形仿真分析模型数据，为对辊冲成形过程及材料在辊冲成形中的应力应变特点进行分析，建立了辊冲成形仿真分析模型，本数据集包含了底板变深度变截面特征辊冲成形分析模型及成形结果动画、法兰变高度变截面特征辊冲成形仿真分析模型及成形结果动画、带凸包局部特征变截面零件辊冲成形仿真分析模型及成形结果动画，可用于了解变截面特征辊冲成形过程、变形特性、辊冲仿真建模方法。

This dataset comprises roll stamping forming simulation and analysis model data. Roll stamping forming simulation and analysis models were established to analyze the roll stamping forming process and the stress-strain characteristics of materials during this process. This dataset includes three categories of models and their corresponding forming result animations: 1) roll stamping forming analysis models and results for bottom plates with variable depth and cross-section features; 2) roll stamping forming simulation models and results for flanges with variable height and cross-section features; 3) roll stamping forming simulation models and results for variable-cross-section parts with local convex features. This dataset can be used to gain insights into the roll stamping forming process, deformation characteristics, and roll stamping simulation modeling methods for variable-cross-section features.
