This dataset was developed to meet the research requirements for process design kits (PDK) of 8-inch silicon photonic chip fabrication and packaging platforms. It is generated using the equipment of the 8-inch platform at the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Technology (SITRI), and mainly documents the research results from December 2020 to November 2024, which are divided into 3 folders. The total data volume is 1009.24 MB. The main contents include the PDK library documentation of SITRI and part of the layouts designed during the project execution period.
