The Comparative Toxicogenomics Database (CTD) is a manually-curated, publicly available database that aims to advance understanding about how environmental exposures affect human health. Original data are available on the CTD Data Download page. This network contains chemical-gene-interactions information and provides direct links to the relative CTD data pages. Chemicals have MeSH identifiers and CAS registry numbers are provided when available, while genes have NCBI identifiers.
