荒漠植物大气水汽吸收利用数据集,本数据集所有数据均为原始数据,包括柽柳、梭梭、霸王、白刺、红砂五种荒漠植物野外和室内控制实验相关的气象、土壤含水量,植物茎干液流、植物组织水势、大气及加湿水汽同位素特征、荧光示踪图像、植物光合荧光、基因表达调控等方面的数据。 1、荒漠植物柽柳的同位素数据。采集荒漠植物组织,使用定制的同位素示踪水源对荒漠植物进行加湿,加湿 1 小时、2 小时、3 小时后同时采集有机玻璃室内外植物的组织样品,经过低温真空蒸馏玻璃提水系统进行提出处理,然后利用Euro EA3000元素分析仪与Isoprime气体稳定性质谱仪测得同位素数据。柽柳样品采自景泰县寺滩村,包括加湿和对照样品。同位素组成变化数据可用于测定植物叶片吸收水汽的方式、运移途径及量。 2、荧光切片照片数据:本数据集所有数据均为原始数据,包括景泰县寺滩村和额济纳旗的柽柳、梭梭、白刺、霸王、红砂等荒漠植物叶片的荧光切片在高倍显微镜下的结构照片。具体获取方法为:在加湿前把荧光染色剂涂到荒漠植物叶片表面,分别在加湿 1 小时、2 小时、3小时采集植物叶片和茎置于液氮中,带回实验室切片,用荧光显微镜观察照相。可用于分析荒漠植物叶片吸收水汽的组织器官及水分在植物体内的运移方向和路径。 3:基因转录表达数据:柽柳的转录表达数据,数据采集时间:2014年5月25日,地点:甘肃省景泰县寺滩村,数据分析平台:lllumina HiSep TM 2000平台,由百迈客公司进行转录组分析所得。 4、光合及荧光数据:为利用光合仪在野外(景泰县寺滩村和额济纳旗)所测的光合和荧光参数。 5、流液及环境数据:均为原始数据,利用茎流仪所测到的荒漠植物液流数据,包括柽柳、梭梭、白刺、红砂等荒漠植物野外(景泰县寺滩村和额济纳旗)的液流,以及自动气象站监测的环境数据,包括温湿度。

Dataset of Atmospheric Water Vapor Absorption and Utilization by Desert Plants. All data in this dataset are raw data, covering meteorological parameters, soil moisture content, sap flow in plant stems, plant tissue water potential, isotopic signatures of atmospheric and humidified water vapor, fluorescent tracer images, plant photosynthetic fluorescence, gene expression regulation and other related data from field and laboratory controlled experiments on five desert plant species: Tamarix, Haloxylon ammodendron, Zygophyllum xanthoxylum, Nitraria tangutorum, and Reaumuria soongarica. 1. Isotope data of desert plant Tamarix: Desert plant tissues were collected, and the plants were humidified using a custom-made isotope-traced water source. Tissue samples of plants inside and outside the plexiglass chamber were collected simultaneously at 1, 2, and 3 hours after humidification. The samples were processed with a low-temperature vacuum distillation glass water extraction system, and then the isotope data were measured using a Euro EA3000 elemental analyzer and an Isoprime gas-stable isotope mass spectrometer. Tamarix samples were collected from Sitang Village, Jingtai County, including humidified and control samples. The isotopic composition change data can be used to determine the pathway, migration route and quantity of water vapor absorbed by plant leaves. 2. Fluorescent section photograph data: All data in this dataset are raw data, including structural photographs of fluorescent sections of desert plant leaves (Tamarix, Haloxylon ammodendron, Nitraria tangutorum, Zygophyllum xanthoxylum, Reaumuria soongarica) collected from Sitang Village, Jingtai County and Ejina Banner, captured under a high-magnification microscope. The specific acquisition method is as follows: A fluorescent dye was applied to the surface of desert plant leaves before humidification. Plant leaves and stems were collected at 1, 2, and 3 hours after humidification respectively, and placed in liquid nitrogen. The samples were brought back to the laboratory for sectioning, observed and photographed using a fluorescence microscope. This dataset can be used to analyze the tissue and organs responsible for water vapor absorption in desert plant leaves, as well as the migration direction and pathway of water within the plants. 3. Gene transcription expression data: Transcription expression data of Tamarix. Data collection date: May 25, 2014; Collection location: Sitang Village, Jingtai County, Gansu Province; Data analysis platform: Illumina HiSeq™ 2000 platform; Transcriptome analysis was conducted by Biomarker Technologies Co., Ltd. 4. Photosynthesis and fluorescence data: Photosynthetic and fluorescence parameters measured in the field (Sitang Village, Jingtai County and Ejina Banner) using a photosynthesis system. 5. Sap flow and environmental data: All data are raw data, including sap flow data of desert plants (Tamarix, Haloxylon ammodendron, Nitraria tangutorum, Reaumuria soongarica, etc.) measured in the field (Sitang Village, Jingtai County and Ejina Banner) with a sap flow meter, as well as environmental data monitored by an automatic weather station, including temperature and humidity.
