通过分析生产剥皮原材料钢棒的材质,等级,直径与剥皮设定的进给速度以及产品合格率的联系,得到最优进给速度。结果应用到原料采购,工厂生产,工艺设计等场景。(1)采购部门通过分析出的钢棒剥皮数据,要求供应商提供根据材质,等级,直径符合生产合格率高的原料。(2)生产时给工人提供建议最优进给速率,提高产品合格率(3)通过数据改进工艺设计,提高产品的质量,最终在市场中提高产品的竞争能力1.数据来自自有的正山智能大数据平台,是针对紧固件生产专业平台,本数据包括钢棒剥皮时间,材质,规格,等级,直径,进给速率及产品合格率等核心字段。2.数据处理:(1)材质,规格,等级,直径作为产品属性处理(2)使用TOPSIS算法以相同材质,规格,等级,直径±3mm为区间作为产品的属性选取样本,再通过MAX()获取记录中的最高合格率,并获取该条件下最优的进给速率,随着系统数据更新动态计算(3)通过数据生成坐标图进行展示,要求工人进行学习。3.数据应用:工艺设计人员通过该数据改进工艺,使产品质量更优,工人使用该数据能提高产品的合格率,提升产品的市场竞争率。

This dataset aims to analyze the correlations between the material, grade, diameter of steel bars used as peeling raw materials, the feed speed set during peeling, and the product pass rate, so as to obtain the optimal feed speed. The results can be applied to scenarios such as raw material procurement, factory production, and process design. 1. Procurement department: Based on the analyzed steel bar peeling data, require suppliers to provide raw materials with specified material, grade and diameter that can achieve high production pass rate. 2. Production site: Provide workers with recommended optimal feed rate to improve product pass rate. 3. Process design: Improve process design through the data to enhance product quality, and ultimately improve product competitiveness in the market. 1. Data source: The data comes from the self-owned Zhengshan Intelligent Big Data Platform, which is a professional platform for fastener production. This dataset includes core fields such as steel bar peeling time, material, specification, grade, diameter, feed rate and product pass rate. 2. Data processing: (1) Treat material, specification, grade and diameter as product attributes. (2) Use the TOPSIS algorithm, take the interval of the same material, specification, grade and diameter ±3mm as the sample selection range for product attributes, then use the MAX() function to obtain the highest pass rate in the records, and get the optimal feed rate under this condition. The calculation is dynamically updated with the system data. (3) Generate coordinate graphs for display, so as to facilitate workers' learning. 3. Data application: Process designers use this dataset to improve processes and optimize product quality. Workers can use this data to improve product pass rate and enhance product market competitiveness.
