Transcriptional analysis of resting or inflamed murine Macrophages with Immune complex stimulation

We wished to investigate differential effects of stimulation with immune complex on colonic macrophages taken from mice which were either healthy or had DSS induced colitis. Overall design: 4 samples from resting mice, 8 from mice which have DSS induced inflammation. After extraction of macrophages from the colon half the samples were treated with OVA and half with OIC.
