We propose to complete the mosaic of XMM observations in the nearby bright galaxy group NGC 5044. The two previous offset observations in the South and in the West showed a very low iron abundance comma 4 times less than that predicted by standard SNcc and SNIa enrichment models for rich clusters. The new XMM observations in the North and East will complete the mosaic and may point to an higher then expected uplifting of enriched gas by sloshing comma advancing our understanding of metal enrichment in groups. If instead the low abundance will be confirmed it will be a challenge to current enrichment scenarios.
