本数据集主要面向冬奥可调资源的泛化建模研究,拟基于小样本需求响应数据完成需求响应特性泛化建模及其大规模潜力推演工作。首先构建响应随机参数的分布鲁棒模糊集,其次基于主成分分析挖掘小样本用户用电与其响应死区拐点与饱和区拐点的关系,采用共性与个性结合的方式实现大规模泛化过程中一般用户响应关键参数的获取,最终实现基于小样本数据的大规模需求响应潜力推演。算例表明,本数据集所支撑的需求响应潜力量化方法充分考虑用户响应的随机性,对行业共性特征及用户个性特征都进行了较好的刻画,数据量168KB。

This dataset is mainly targeted at the generalized modeling research of adjustable resources for the Winter Olympics, aiming to complete the generalized modeling of demand response characteristics and large-scale potential deduction based on small-sample demand response data. Firstly, distributionally robust fuzzy sets for stochastic response parameters are constructed. Secondly, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is used to explore the relationship between small-sample user electricity consumption and its response dead zone inflection points as well as saturation zone inflection points. A method combining common and individual characteristics is adopted to obtain the key response parameters of general users in the large-scale generalization process, ultimately realizing large-scale demand response potential deduction based on small-sample data. Case studies show that the demand response potential quantification method supported by this dataset fully considers the stochastic nature of user responses, and well characterizes both the common industry characteristics and individual user characteristics, with a data size of 168 KB.
