应用三维零件加工工艺设计软件,通过模型信息提取和几何特征识别,按零件分族编制典型工艺方案,以典型工艺方案为基础,进行详细工艺设计,包括交付状态模型设计、基于零件特征的加工工艺路线与工艺参数推理、工序规划、工序资源配置、工序模型设计等,建立模型之间的关联与传递机制,保证工序模型的自动快速生成与变更传递,提升零件加工工艺设计效率。
By applying 3D part machining process design software and conducting model information extraction and geometric feature recognition, typical process plans are formulated by grouping parts into families. Based on these typical process plans, detailed process design is carried out, including delivery-state model design, machining process route and process parameter inference based on part features, operation planning, operation resource allocation, and operation model design, among others. An association and transfer mechanism between models is established to ensure the automatic and rapid generation and change propagation of operation models, thereby improving the efficiency of part machining process design.
