该模型适用于废橡胶胶粒无氧热解产生炭黑、热解油、不凝气,且以产生的不凝气燃烧高温烟气作为热解能量来源的热自持过程。在有效处理橡胶制品废弃物的同时生成具有较高经济价值的热解产物,有效实现废弃橡胶的精准高值转化与低碳高效利用。热解产物产率数据可以作为科研合作的重要资源,与高校、科研机构等开展合作研究,共同探索废轮胎胶粒热解技术的创新和发展,也可以为废轮胎资源的高效利用和环境保护提供有力支持。1、炭黑产率=炭黑产量/胶粒处理量*100%;2、热解油产率=热解油产量/胶粒处理量*100%;3、热解不凝气产率=热解不凝气产量/胶粒处理量*100%。设烟气温度为X1,烟气总流量为X2,螺旋中空烟气流量为X3,螺旋管壳烟气流量为X4,炭黑产率为y1,热解油产率为y2,热解不凝气产量为y3,设多元线性回归函数为y1=β0+β1*X1+β2*X2+β3*X3+β4*X4,y2=β0+β1*X1+β2*X2+β3*X3+β4*X4,y3=β0+β1*X1+β2*X2+β3*X3+β4*X4其中β0为截距项,β1、β2、β3、β4为其回归系数,分别得出拟合优度最优解,以实时调整,达到最优产量。

This model is applicable to the self-sustaining anaerobic pyrolysis process of waste rubber granules, which produces carbon black, pyrolysis oil and non-condensable gas, and uses the high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion of the produced non-condensable gas as the energy source for pyrolysis. While effectively treating rubber product waste, it generates pyrolysis products with high economic value, effectively realizing precise high-value conversion and low-carbon efficient utilization of waste rubber. The pyrolysis product yield data can serve as an important resource for scientific research cooperation. Carrying out cooperative research with universities, research institutions and other parties to jointly explore the innovation and development of waste tire granule pyrolysis technology can also provide strong support for the efficient utilization of waste tire resources and environmental protection. 1. Carbon black yield = (Carbon black production / Waste rubber granule processing volume) × 100%; 2. Pyrolysis oil yield = (Pyrolysis oil production / Waste rubber granule processing volume) × 100%; 3. Non-condensable gas yield from pyrolysis = (Non-condensable gas production from pyrolysis / Waste rubber granule processing volume) × 100%; Let flue gas temperature be X1, total flue gas flow rate be X2, spiral hollow flue gas flow rate be X3, spiral tube-shell flue gas flow rate be X4, carbon black yield be y1, pyrolysis oil yield be y2, and non-condensable gas production from pyrolysis be y3.
