Protein Interaction Network Analysis platform

Protein Interaction Network Analysis (PINA) platform is an integrated platform for protein interaction network construction, filtering, analysis, visualization, and management. It integrates protein-protein interaction (PPI) data from public curated databases and builds a complete, non-redundant protein interaction dataset for six model organisms. In particular, it provides a variety of built-in tools to filter and analyze the networks for gaining biological and functional insights into the network.蛋白质相互作用网络分析（Protein Interaction Network Analysis, PINA）平台是一款集成化平台，可用于蛋白质相互作用网络的构建、筛选、分析、可视化与管理。该平台整合来自公共人工整理数据库的蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用（protein-protein interaction, PPI）数据，并为六种模式生物构建了完整且无冗余的蛋白质相互作用数据集。尤为重要的是，其配备多种内置工具以对网络开展筛选与分析工作，进而获取该网络的生物学与功能层面的深入认知。
