混凝土结构现浇板厚度根据设计的厚度允许偏差等来进行测定,确保与建筑工程规定的标准相符合,判定是否合格是为了确保工程的质量及安全。按照国家标准GB/T 50784-2013《混凝土结构现场检测技术标准》 用楼板测厚仪DJLC-A检测,这一层面板进行三个面检测,三个面测出的数值相加再÷3就得出这个平均值,而平均值减去设计厚度的数值得出所相差的偏差值。再前提的意义上得出的偏差值允许数值≥10跟≤5来判断这个面板的合格率。合格率100%以下就是不合格。
The thickness of cast-in-place concrete slabs is measured based on specifications including the allowable deviation of the designed thickness, to ensure compliance with the standards stipulated in construction engineering. The goal of conducting qualification assessment is to guarantee the quality and safety of the construction project. According to the national standard GB/T 50784-2013 *Technical Standard for On-site Testing of Concrete Structures*, the DJLC-A slab thickness gauge is utilized for testing. Three test surfaces are selected for this slab, and the average thickness is calculated by summing the measured values from the three surfaces and dividing the total by 3. The deviation value is obtained by subtracting the designed thickness from the calculated average thickness. The qualification of the slab is judged on this basis by whether the obtained deviation value meets the allowable criteria of ≥10 or ≤5; the slab is deemed unqualified if its qualification rate is less than 100%.
