为了研究Hippo 通路在肝向发育各个阶段的功能, 利用多种细胞极性调控基因敲除小鼠系统性探索Hippo上游信号调控通路细胞极性信号与Hippo信号相互协同调控参与调控肝脏细胞命运决定,增殖、分化、却分化和肝癌发生的作用和分子机制。本数据集围绕在肝组织中细胞极性蛋白Par3和Cdc42缺失伴随Hippo信号通路异常改变并导致肝脏细胞极性,分化/成熟,胆管细胞稳态改变和细胞代谢改变,以及肝肿大和肝癌发生,以及极性分子(CASK)囊泡转运调控等诸多表型相关研究成果的统计图表原始数据,蛋白质表达图像原始数据和组织细胞影像原始数据以及基因表达谱数据。数据于2017年-2022年在创新中心采集。这些数据进一步研究细胞极性蛋白质复合物与Hippo信号通协调参与肝组织不同阶段的生物学功能提供研究数据基础。
To investigate the functions of the Hippo signaling pathway at various stages of hepatic development, we systematically employed multiple gene knockout mice targeting cell polarity regulatory genes to explore the roles and underlying molecular mechanisms by which cell polarity signals and the Hippo signaling pathway cooperatively regulate liver cell fate determination, proliferation, differentiation, dedifferentiation and hepatocarcinogenesis within the upstream signaling regulatory network of the Hippo pathway. This dataset contains raw experimental data associated with multiple phenotypes induced by the deletion of cell polarity proteins Par3 and Cdc42 in liver tissues, accompanied by aberrant dysregulation of the Hippo signaling pathway. These phenotypes include disrupted liver cell polarity, altered differentiation and maturation, disturbed cholangiocyte homeostasis, changed cellular metabolism, hepatomegaly, hepatocarcinogenesis, and vesicle transport regulation mediated by the polarity molecule CASK. Specifically, the dataset includes raw data of statistical charts, raw data of protein expression images, raw data of tissue and cellular imaging, and gene expression profile data. All data were collected at the Innovation Center between 2017 and 2022. This dataset provides a foundational research resource for further investigations into the cooperative regulatory roles of cell polarity protein complexes and the Hippo signaling pathway in the biological functions of liver tissues across different developmental stages.
