Rice Expression Database (RED)是一个水稻基因表达数据库，整合了来自RNA-Seq数据的基因表达谱，涵盖水稻整个生长阶段的组织和多种生物及非生物处理数据。RED是IC4R(水稻信息公共平台)的子项目，提供基于高质量RNA-Seq数据的基因表达谱整合与可视化功能。Rice Expression Database (RED) is a rice gene expression database that integrates gene expression profiles derived from RNA-Seq data, encompassing tissues throughout the entire growth cycle of rice as well as datasets from diverse biotic and abiotic treatments. As a sub-project of IC4R (Rice Information Public Platform), RED provides functions for the integration and visualization of gene expression profiles based on high-quality RNA-Seq data.
