Solar and Infrared Radiation Station (SIRS) for downwelling and upwelling broadband shortwave and longwave Radiation

The nsasirsC1.b1 datastream contains measurements of downwelling and upwelling broadband shortwave and longwave radiation, including infrared and solar irradiance, from the Solar and Infrared Radiation Station. This instrument provides continuous measurements of broadband shortwave and longwave irradiances for downwelling and upwelling components. The data have been collected at Facility C1 (Central Facility, Barrow AK), which is located at the NSA site (North Slope Alaska), since July 18, 2024, and collection is ongoing.
