Primarily, these registers record the location of property leased by the Board, the area of the property, the owner, the owner's agent, the form of the lease, the period and expiry date of the lease, the rent, and the option for renewal. The entries occasionally include diagrams and annotations. Also recorded, however, are agreements made with various companies and organisations relating to such things as the lease and installation of equipment, supply of industrial gases and the disposal of liquid trade wastes.
