Fasta file containing N-like protein amino acid sequences for solanaceae species of interest, aligned and translated by MUSCLE in Aliview, uploaded to MEME on datamonkey.org. MEME analysis was used to look at specific sites of positive selection, and found 103 sites with a p-value <0.1. After adjusting the p-value threshold to show statistically significant results <0.05, there was a total of 49 sites found. A) MEME anaylsis graph of omega values on the Y-axis, representing dS mutations. B) MEME anaylsis graph of beta+ values on the Y-axis, representing dN mutations.
