This dataset focuses on the test and research of spectral absorptivity of high-absorptivity antimony chalcogenide thin films. It is generated based on the test data from the National Institute of Metrology, China. The dataset records the absorption coefficients of antimony chalcogenide compounds at different spectral wavelengths, which were calibrated using a spectral reflectance calibration apparatus. Sampling was performed at any location in the central area of the selected samples, and all detections and validations were conducted in accordance with the [2008] National Metrology Certification Document and the GXcl2022-00304 standard report. The total size of this dataset is 1.02 MB.
