Standard performance catalogue for hydraulic engineering (STLK-W), Additional technical contract conditions for hydraulic engineering (ZTV-W)

The STLK-W and the ZTV-W are produced by the Working Group on Standard Performance Descriptions in Hydraulic Engineering. The standard service catalogue (STLK) for hydraulic engineering published by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI) standardises the service texts used to describe construction services in hydraulic engineering. It builds on the General Terms and Conditions for Construction Services (VOB) as well as on the nationwide technical regulations introduced for civil engineering, in particular on the Additional Technical Contractual Conditions (ZTV). In accordance with Section 8a (EU) No (3) VOB/A, the ZTVs supplement the General Technical Contractual Conditions for Construction Services (ATV) (VOB Part C).
