我国老年人失能评估监测数据

该数据共包含我国10个省市（北京市、上海市、湖南省、江苏省、广东省、福建省、新疆维吾尔自治区、贵州省、海南省、四川省）的41家三级医院、43家二级医院、18家养老机构、49家社区卫生服务中心的共180460例老年人的一般资料和功能数据，一般资料包括老年人的人口社会学资料、疾病相关资料；功能数据主要包括老年人的行走、认知、视觉、听觉和构音功能以及基本日常生活活动能力和工具性日常生活活动能力。可了解我国全国范围城乡及不同场所（医院、社区居家、养老机构）老年人的身体功能状况并分析影响因素，并后续开展失能干预防治和健康老龄化促进提供数据支撑

This dataset contains general and functional data of 180,460 elderly individuals recruited from 41 tertiary hospitals, 43 secondary hospitals, 18 elderly care institutions, and 49 community health service centers across 10 provincial-level administrative regions in China, namely Beijing Municipality, Shanghai Municipality, Hunan Province, Jiangsu Province, Guangdong Province, Fujian Province, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Guizhou Province, Hainan Province, and Sichuan Province. The general data covers demographic, sociological and disease-related information of the elderly participants. The functional data mainly includes walking, cognitive, visual, auditory, and articulatory functions, as well as basic activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). This dataset can be used to assess the physical functional status of elderly populations in urban and rural areas across China across different settings (hospitals, community-home care, and elderly care institutions), analyze relevant influencing factors, and provide data support for subsequent disability prevention, diagnosis and treatment, as well as the promotion of healthy aging.
