本数据集为电池包纵梁样件测量数据。采用1.2mm QP1180进行了电池包纵梁样件辊冲成形试制，以评估采用该材料进行电池包变截面纵梁零件辊冲成形性，该纵梁零件外形主体为帽形件，局部存在变截面法兰，采用二道次辊冲成形，成形后对试制的零件样件进行扫描测量，本数据集为扫描的数据文件，可用于了解辊冲及QP1180适应的零件形状及成形后零件状态。This dataset comprises measurement data of battery pack longitudinal beam specimens. Roll-stamping trial production was conducted for the battery pack longitudinal beam specimens using 1.2 mm thick QP1180 high-strength steel, to evaluate the roll-stamping formability of battery pack variable-cross-section longitudinal beam parts with this material. The main profile of this longitudinal beam part is a cap-shaped component, with locally variable-cross-section flanges, and it is manufactured via a two-pass roll-stamping forming process. After forming, the trial-produced specimens were scanned and measured, and this dataset consists of the resulting scanned data files. It can be utilized to study the applicable part shapes for roll-stamping and QP1180, as well as the post-forming state of the parts.
