Work Ethic and Motivation - Public vs Private College

The dataset has been collected from students (N = 135) from public and private higher education institutions in India with the aim to assess their work ethic and academic motivation. Participants completed the Work Ethic Scale developed by Sharma and Rai, and the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS-C 28), college version, developed by Vallerand and colleagues.本数据集采集自印度公立与私立高等院校的135名学生（样本量N=135），旨在评估其职业道德与学术动机。参与者完成了由Sharma与Rai编制的《职业道德量表（Work Ethic Scale）》，以及由Vallerand及其团队开发的大学版《学术动机量表（Academic Motivation Scale，AMS-C 28）》。
