The dbPAF (database of Phospho-sites in Animals and Fungi) is an online data resource specifically designed for protein phosphorylation in seven eukaryotic species, including H. sapiens, M. musculus, R. norvegicus, D. melanogaster, C. elegans, S. pombe and S. cerevisiae. From the scientific literature, 294,370 non-redundant phosphorylation sites of 40,432 proteins were collected. Phosphorylation sites from a number of public databases such as Phospho.ELM, dbPTM, PhosphoPep were integrated.
dbPAF(动物与真菌磷酸化位点数据库,database of Phospho-sites in Animals and Fungi)是一款专为7种真核物种的蛋白质磷酸化修饰打造的在线数据资源,涵盖智人(H. sapiens)、小家鼠(M. musculus)、褐家鼠(R. norvegicus)、黑腹果蝇(D. melanogaster)、秀丽隐杆线虫(C. elegans)、粟酒裂殖酵母(S. pombe)以及酿酒酵母(S. cerevisiae)。研究团队从公开科学文献中搜集得到40,432种蛋白质对应的294,370个非冗余磷酸化位点。此外,该数据库还整合了Phospho.ELM、dbPTM、PhosphoPep等多个公共数据库的磷酸化位点数据。
