Data and analysis

To generate the plots/analysis in the manuscript, please do the following:- download and extract zip file- open mutatorpaper_dataanalysis.Rproj in Rstudio- on the files pane, open one of the .Rmd files and press knit This should generate a file identical to the html file that we provide, assuming that you have installed the R packages required in each .Rmd file (session info, with package versions, is detailed at the end of each html file). ###############folder contents############### ##data experimental_data_mutatorPaper.xlsx - results of all experiments shown in the manuscript mullerRatchet_simulationResults.xlsx - results of simulations shown in the manuscript molecularEvolution_data: folder with the results of whole-genome sequence analysis ##analysis - .Rmd files have code to produce figures/tables in the file name and any statistics relating to those figures/tables - .html files are the (knitted) output of those .Rmd files, which include both code and figures/tables/statistics
