Provision C9 of SDAGE 2022-2027: Decline and implement concerted management approaches to achieve quantitative balance The SAGEs and PTGEs are the tools to be preferred to carry out the procedures of management, quantitative of surface or underground water. By default, the concerted steps taken involve the same categories of actor. They identify and implement the means to achieve quantitative balance. They are based on the collectable volumes notified by the State as well as on the objectives of restoring good water status. Based on the data available in 2021, the C9 Map, annexed to the 2021 2027 Strategic Plan for the Quantitative Management of Water Resources adopted by the Basin Committee, identifies watersheds and their basic perimeters: — on which a PTGE is in progress: in the process of emergence, development or implementation; — the most impacted for which a PTGE approach will be implemented by 2024 to ensure that quantitative balance is achieved by 2027 at the latest; — for which a PTGE or a “quantitative management” component of existing or emerging approaches must be developed and implemented by 2027.
